We’re hiring a Senior Field & Events Marketing Manager to own and scale our global field and event marketing engine. This is not a pure logistics role; it is a strategic revenue driver who knows how to turn curated experiences into qualified pipeline, accelerated deals, and measurable ROI. You’ll join a fast‑moving, high‑caliber marketing team building thoughtful, high‑impact experiences that connect with customers, prospects, and partners mainly across North America with expansion potential into EMEA. We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about creating unforgettable experiences that drive conversations and impact.
What You’ll Own

Global Field & Event Strategy

Develop and execute a global field and event marketing strategy aligned to revenue targets
Partner with Sales leadership to prioritize markets, verticals, and named accounts
Partner closely with AEs and CSMs to drive pre‑event targeting and post‑event follow‑up
Build event roadmaps that support pipeline generation, ABM, expansion, and executive engagement
High‑Impact Experiences

Own end‑to‑end execution of flagship conferences, regional field events, executive dinners, partner activations, and hosted experiences
Continue to design moments that differentiate our brand and deepen relationships
Ensure every event has a clear objective: pipeline creation, acceleration, expansion, or retention
Revenue Accountability

Set clear KPIs: pipeline sourced, pipeline influenced, deal acceleration, expansion revenue
Track ROI and performance metrics across regions together with Marketing Operations
Report outcomes and optimization insights to executive stakeholders
Continuously refine our event mix based on performance data
Global Vendor & Budget Management

Manage event budgets with discipline and transparency
Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships
Ensure operational excellence across venues, production, gifting, and logistics.
Skills You Bring

3‑5+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or experiential marketing in SaaS
Proven track record of driving pipeline and measurable ROI from events
Strategic thinker who can tie event programming directly to revenue goals
Operationally excellent – you sweat the details
Strong partner to executive GTM stakeholders
Experienced managing multi‑region events (North America, EMEA, APAC preferred)
Comfortable operating in a fast‑growth, high‑accountability environment
