PHMG has been setting the standard in audio branding and caller experience solutions since 1998. As we continue expanding across the United States, we’re looking for an ambitious, high-performing Business Development Manager to join our growing team and drive new business success.

In this role, you’ll attend pre-qualified sales appointments arranged by our internal sales team, while also developing opportunities through your own networking and lead generation efforts. Using a consultative and solutions-focused sales approach, you’ll demonstrate how PHMG’s cloud communication and audio branding services can enhance customer engagement, strengthen brand identity, and improve business performance.
With a strong emphasis on short sales cycles and first-call closes, you’ll be confident presenting to business owners and senior decision-makers, building rapport quickly and driving commercial results.
Responsibilities

Attend face-to-face business meetings with decision-makers and company owners
Deliver engaging presentations showcasing PHMG’s cloud and audio branding solutions
Identify client challenges and position tailored communication solutions
Maximise every opportunity to secure agreements during the initial meeting
Generate revenue through new business acquisition
Develop additional opportunities through referrals, networking, and self-generated leads
Coordinate a smooth handover of signed accounts to implementation and client services teams
Maintain accurate records and complete all required sales documentation
Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in face-to-face B2B sales
Strong track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in fast-paced environments
Proven ability to close deals within short sales cycles
Experience selling directly to business owners and senior stakeholders
Highly developed communication and relationship-building skills
Consultative sales approach with strong objection-handling capabilities
Confidence operating in a high-volume, one-call-close sales environment
Professional and polished personal presentation
Self-motivated team player with strong drive and initiative
Dedicated to achieving individual and team sales success
