What is the role about?
This position is primarily responsible for the hands‑on design, development, and support of Endress+Hauser Gas Measurement products throughout their lifecycle. Collaborate with a multi‑national, cross‑functional team to create and test innovative product offerings while optimizing the performance of existing production lines.
Which tasks will you perform?
Assemble electronic equipment per work instructions using basic hand tools
Install ball valves and measurement probes on industrial piping per mechanical drawings
Program electronic equipment to customer requirements and E+H specifications
Test equipment to verify calibration and confirm requirements are within tolerance levels
Inspect incoming parts for order accuracy and standards compliance
Partner with design engineer to understand assembly requirements
Participate in peer and stakeholder reviews
Use SAP to review and execute work orders; verify BOM (Bill of Materials); issue and receive materials; ensure proper traceability of equipment serial numbers; and confirm production and quality documentation to meet project requirements
What do we expect from you?
You will have (required):
Experience in a technical field (mechanical assembly) using basic hand tools (drills, saws, etc.)
Strong understanding of mechanical drawings
You may have (preferred):
Strong attention to detail
Experience utilizing SAP and strong computer proficiency
Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting information clearly, articulating complex technical issues and engaging with individuals at all levels
Strong motivation and ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment supporting a business‑critical production environment
Capacity to adapt to working on a variety of production‑related tasks and remain flexible to meet changing requirements of production department
Passion for continuous learning and development and a desire to explore new opportunities and expand professional horizons
