We are searching for a Marketing Manager to join a growing SaaS company in the OTT / streaming media space to help scale demand generation, lead generation, and overall outbound go-to-market efforts.

This person will work closely with executive leadership and sales leadership to help drive pipeline growth, improve market visibility, and support a growing outbound sales organization. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly entrepreneurial with significant opportunity for influence and ownership.

This is not a purely strategic role. We are looking for someone who enjoys execution, optimization, experimentation, and building scalable marketing programs inside a growing SaaS business.

Key Responsibilities

Own and optimize demand generation initiatives across digital channels including LinkedIn, Google, email, webinars, and remarketing campaigns

Help drive qualified lead generation and pipeline growth for outbound sales teams

Manage and optimize HubSpot workflows, sequences, campaign tracking, dashboards, and marketing automation

Partner with sales leadership to support outbound GTM initiatives and improve funnel visibility

Build and refine ICP targeting, lead scoring, nurture campaigns, and sales enablement resources

Support SEO, AEO, GEO, and broader AI-driven search visibility initiatives

Help create and coordinate marketing content including blogs, landing pages, newsletters, webinars, customer stories, and social content

Assist with trade shows, events, and post-event lead follow-up strategy

Analyze campaign and funnel performance to improve conversion rates and marketing ROI

Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, sales, product, and external marketing partners/agencies

Desired Background

5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, RevOps, or related areas

Strong hands‑on experience with HubSpot and marketing automation workflows

Experience supporting outbound sales organizations and pipeline generation efforts

Background in demand generation, lead generation, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing

Understanding of marketing analytics, funnel reporting, attribution, and campaign optimization

Experience managing or contributing to paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, or related platforms

Comfortable working in smaller, fast-moving organizations where individuals wear multiple hats

Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to balance strategy and execution

Nice to Have

SaaS, OTT, streaming media, creator economy, or digital media experience

Exposure to sales enablement or product marketing initiatives

Experience working closely with BDR or AE teams

Familiarity with SEO, AEO, GEO, and AI-driven search optimization trends
