PEO Regional Sales Manager

Right Choice Resources, Greensboro, NC, USA

Pay: $80,000-$100,000/yr

Job type: Full Time

Our client, a leader in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry, is seeking a PEO Regional Sales Manager to join their team.
One of the biggest advantages of this role is the best residuals in the business —your hard work continues to pay off year after year. Unlike many sales roles, you won’t start each year with a higher quota and an empty pipeline. Instead, you’ll enjoy sustainable growth while building long-term client relationships.
The base salary is $80,000-$100,000 + uncapped commissions + residuals, and may be negotiable based on experience.
About the Role

The PEO Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by establishing and maintaining strong client relationships. This role is perfect for a highly motivated self-starter who understands the value of consultative selling and excels at identifying customer needs in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Manage sales leads and customer accounts to maintain a robust pipeline.
Educate prospects on how the company’s services provide financial and professional value.
Monitor industry competitors, new products, and market trends to understand client needs and opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen the company’s brand and market presence.
Align sales activities with the company’s overall growth objectives and meet production targets.
Successfully manage 150 worksite employees sold within a 12-month period.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting respectful and collaborative interactions with clients, management, and team members.
Complete all assigned duties with professionalism and attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For

Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with preference for candidates with PEO industry expertise.
Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong sales acumen and consultative selling ability.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); basic PowerPoint knowledge is a plus.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
