Product Management

We are seeking a lead product manager to guide us in the definition and delivery of our customer & resource management technical capabilities.

This work spans our full Salesforce ecosystem—including Sales Cloud, Field Service, marketing cloud, customer portals, mobile functionality, scheduling, dispatching, and mapping—to deliver streamlined, intuitive experiences for our customers and front-line users.

This role is essential to enhancing how we serve our customers, improving operational efficiency, and advancing our commitment

Experience

6+ years product management experience

4+ years delivering in a cross-functional, multi-squad product model

2+ years people management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrable creative and critical thinking

The capacity for self-motivation, independent initiative, and effective problem-solving
