The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in driving business growth by supporting strategic marketing, proposal development, and brand management initiatives. This position blends marketing strategy, communications, digital media, and business development to position the Cole Architects competitively in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare high-quality, compliant Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), proposals, and prequalification packages under tight deadlines.

Track and manage proposal submissions and maintain proposal-related documentation.

Assist with briefing materials and agendas for internal and external business development.

Maintain up-to-date marketing collateral, brochures, and promotional materials.

Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s brand and marketing strategy.

Ensure all marketing materials align with brand standards and communicate a consistent voice.

Assist in creating and updating corporate presentations, digital campaigns, and printed assets.

Manage and update company website.

Support the execution of digital campaigns across social media, email, and other platforms.

Contribute content and assist with maintaining visual and brand consistency online.

Maintain marketing tools and databases.

Maintain inventory of branded materials, marketing swag, and printed collateral.

Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic planning.

Assist with new business development opportunities and support pursuit efforts.

Participate in internal and external events such as trade shows and industry conferences.

Report to the Director of Business Development.

Required Skills & Abilities

Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; additional tools a plus).

Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing tools.

Proficiency in WordPress and basic HTML/web management.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with photography, videography, and visual storytelling.

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Business acumen and an understanding of marketing analytics, budgeting, and forecasting.

Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry highly preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Architecture, Design, Journalism, English, or a related field preferred.

Prior experience in the AEC industry is a strong plus.
