Sales Representative, Major Accounts (ADP)
ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Major Accounts.

Responsibilities

Sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory to cultivate new business opportunities and drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives for companies with 50–149 employees.

Manage complete sales cycles, sell ADP's suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives, and accurately forecast your sales pipeline.

Document and manage multiple sales cycles, including implementation until new business is up and running on the solutions sold.

Build and deepen relationships across the ADP Family, cultivating additional business within existing accounts.

Act as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients and internal partners, demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.

Required Qualifications

Proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.

Positive, self‑starter style with ability to cold call, manage time well, and present ideas clearly in writing, in person, and over the phone.

Confident in taking risks, embracing opportunities, and challenging the status quo.

Entrepreneurial spirit – natural leader, resourceful, thrives under pressure, and bounces back quickly.

Trusted advisor – builds relationships, lives with integrity, and delivers on promises every time.

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to successfully build a network and use social media for sales.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on location, skills, and experience. Compensation ranges USD $44,800.00 – $97,200.00 per year, with additional potential bonus, equity, or commission payouts.
