Sales Representative, Major Accounts – ADP
ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Major Accounts. This role focuses on selling human resources technology within a designated geographic territory to cultivate new business opportunities and drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives for companies with 50–149 employees.

What You’ll Do

Sell ADP’s suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives, managing complete sales cycles from prospecting to implementation.

Accurately forecast the sales pipeline and document multiple sales cycles.

Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal partners, serving as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador.

Collaborate daily with cross‑functional teams within your assigned geography to close sales and reach sales goals.

To Succeed in This Role – Required Qualifications

Proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.

Positive self‑starter with strong time‑management, cold‑calling, and presentation skills.

Confident, fearless, and able to take calculated risks.

Entrepreneurial spirit, natural leadership, and resilience under pressure.

Trusted advisor mindset, integrity, and reliable delivery of promises.

College degree is not required; preferred experience includes at least two years of quota‑carrying outside B2B sales or three years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, or related sales.

Military experience is considered an asset for teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust‑building, and a “never lose” mentality.

Bonus Points for These

Ability to build a network and effectively use social media for sales.

Benefits & Compensation
Base salary offers range from USD $44,800.00 to USD $97,200.00 per year, depending on location, skills, and experience. Positions may include additional compensation such as bonuses, equity, or commissions.
