Mint Cannabis is a leading cannabis company committed to providing a premium experience for all consumers. We are seeking a Reliability Technician to maintain our cultivation and production facilities.

Reliability Technician
Arcadia, FL | $15.00 - $16.00

What You’ll Do

Perform ongoing facility maintenance including plumbing, HVAC, and minor repairs.

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment and building systems.

Execute preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

Conduct regular facility and equipment inspections to identify potential issues.

Maintain and repair production equipment, tools, and appliances.

Coordinate and oversee outside contractors as needed.

Identify and report safety, maintenance, or operational risks promptly.

Sanitation & Compliance

Clean and sanitize cultivation and production areas, including floors, walls, workstations, and equipment.

Follow all GMP and sanitation SOPs to maintain product safety.

Safely mix, handle, and store cleaning chemicals and supplies.

Maintain cleaning logs, maintenance records, work orders, and compliance documentation.

Ensure proper waste disposal and keep workplaces hazard‑free.

Adhere to all company PPE, hygiene, and safety standards.

Operational Support

Support production teams by maintaining safe, clean, and efficient work environments.

Maintain tools, equipment inventory, and accurate service documentation.

What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, sanitation, or manufacturing environments.

Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.

Experience in GMP or regulated production environments preferred.

Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.

High attention to detail and pride in quality work.

Ability to follow SOPs and safety procedures consistently.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work on feet for extended periods.

Comfortable working in cultivation and production areas with plant material and strong odors.

Dependable, team‑oriented, and self‑motivated.

Must have majority of own tools and reliable transportation.
