Salary Range: $67.34 - $75.85 per hour

Position Overview
The Regional Director II provides clinical and operational leadership across assigned behavioral health programs within a designated region. This role oversees program performance, compliance, staff leadership, and quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight to program leadership and staff

Ensure compliance with Medi-Cal, DHCS, CARF, BBS, and applicable regulations

Monitor program operations, outcomes, and performance

Support recruitment, development, and retention of staff

Support audits, licensing, and accreditation activities

Address escalated operational, clinical, and personnel concerns

Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and applicable laws

Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field

Active California licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist

Minimum five (5) years of related experience

Minimum two (2) years of leadership or supervisory experience

Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience overseeing multi‑site behavioral health programs

Experience with Medi‑Cal and community‑based services

Additional Requirements

Valid California Driver’s License and acceptable driving record

Must meet insurability requirements if applicable

Must be authorized to work in the United States

Pre‑Employment Requirements

Verification of education, licensure, and certifications

Work Environment
This role may be performed in office, community, and remote settings and may require travel, computer use, and extended periods of sitting or standing.
