Premium Sales Manager – Overview
As part of a new stadium project team, the Premium Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue through the sale of premium seating products, including luxury suites, club seats, and VIP hospitality packages. This position is ideal for high‑performing sales professionals with a proven track record of selling to high‑net‑worth individuals and corporate decision‑makers.
Responsibilities
Meet or exceed assigned sales goals for all Suite and Premium Hospitality products.
Create and develop new business by regularly pitching new prospects through virtual presentations, external appointments, phone prospecting, social selling and events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with C‑level executives, corporate partners and high‑net‑worth individuals to drive premium sales.
Effectively follow up with customers and prospective customers in order to build relationships to help drive business and meet excellent customer‑service requirements.
Effectively handle incoming sales calls from prospective clients for all ticket sales products.
Attend outside events with the purpose of selling, networking, gathering leads and prospects.
Contribute positively to a competitive sales team culture and participate in sales team meetings and training sessions.
Maintain an updated pipeline of potential buyers in the CRM system, accurately tracking interactions, follow‑ups and deal progress.
Represent Elevate and other partners professionally.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in professional sports, entertainment or hospitality industries.
Proven ability to sell high‑end hospitality packages, luxury suites or premium seating products with a strong closing record.
Proven ability to work in a team‑oriented environment and effectively influence and communicate with C‑level clients.
Candidate should possess excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Previous working experience with Salesforce or Microsoft CRM is a plus.
Skills & Abilities
Able to present sales opportunities in a live setting with corporate decision makers and individuals.
Candidate must have a strong work ethic and a desire to build a career in professional sports.
Candidate should possess an optimistic team‑first attitude, as well as the competitive desire to be the best.
Candidate should possess professional demeanor and communication skills to effectively work with both internal and external clients.
Accurate, efficient, and timely execution of tasks and able to be flexible and resourceful in response to changing priorities and needs.
Detail oriented and organized with effective time‑management and prioritization skills.
Working Conditions
Travel Requirements:
Local travel to in‑market events is required.
Physical Demands:
This position requires the ability to lift up to 20 pounds and move around event spaces during attendance at events.
Working Environment:
The incumbent primarily works in an office environment, however, is expected to attend all events.

Anticipated Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 + Commission Eligible
