We're looking for a marketing manager to support firmwide marketing, communications, and business development efforts across TVS's Atlanta and Tampa offices. Based in Atlanta, this position coordinates proposals and pursuits, develops brand-aligned content, contributes to internal, leadership, and external communications, and helps shape the systems and processes that keep our marketing function moving. In this position, you'll work closely with the marketing, communications, and business development teams and under the direction of the Director of Marketing on proposal strategy and production.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the RFP/RFQ process — content assembly, formatting, and deadline tracking — under the direction of the Director of Marketing
Prepare proposal materials, resumes, project sheets, and pursuit content, maintain proposal content libraries, and identify process improvements
Develop and update marketing, market-specific, and brochure materials that align with firm brand standards
Support content strategy and content development for proposals, presentations, marketing collateral, and social media
Support the communications team on internal and leadership communications, PR, award submissions, and editorial calendars
Facilitate website content updates in coordination with the communications team, IT team, and related external consultants
Support social media execution and digital campaigns across firm channels
Coordinate events, conferences, career fair, and BD-related materials
Oversee marketing asset management systems (OpenAsset, with process oversight in Monday.com) and support AI implementation across the marketing function (e.g., Joist AI).
Conduct market research and maintain resumes, project data, and marketing databases to support pursuits and BD initiatives
Support photography and video coordination as directed
Ensure brand consistency and provide quality control across marketing, communications, and social media materials
Other duties as required
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, and/or 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations — preferably with a multi-disciplined A/E/C or professional services firm
Mastery of Adobe InDesign required; proficiency with Premiere Pro and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of content management software such as OpenAsset and AI proposal tools such as Joist AI
Excellent grammar, attention to detail, and ability to proof your own work
High design sensibility and a strong aesthetic value
Skilled at organizing proposal schedules and managing multiple deadlines under pressure
Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills with a dedication to client service
Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, is preferable but not required
