Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our team in Waupaca, WI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility's machinery and equipment. Responsibilities
Perform mechanical troubleshooting and repairs on various equipment and machinery.
Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
Implement Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to assist in repairs and maintenance.
Document maintenance activities and report any issues to management.
Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes and equipment reliability.
Qualifications
Proven experience in mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance.
Strong understanding of preventive maintenance practices and inspection techniques.
Familiarity with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Pay & Schedule
$ 30.09- $45/ hour base pay (depending on experience)
Time-and-a-half on Saturdays
Double time on Sundays
$2.00/hour shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shift
Overtime availability
If selected for consideration, candidates must successfully complete a selection process that includes interviews, aptitude tests, references verification, pre-employment drug screening, a pre-employment physical, and a job function test.
