The Copywriter crafts persuasive, conversion-focused copy across marketing and sales channels, with a strong emphasis on short-form, high-impact messaging. You will own copy projects across ads, landing pages, emails, and product messaging, collaborating closely with marketers and designers to translate strategy into words that perform. Advertising Copy & Paid Media — 30%

Write high-converting ad copy for paid platforms across formats
Develop multiple ad variations for structured A/B testing
Craft compelling headlines, hooks, and calls-to-action
Align ad messaging with landing page intent and funnel stage
Optimize copy based on performance insights and platform best practices
Landing Pages & Conversion Copy — 25%

Write conversion-focused landing and sales page copy
Develop clear value propositions, headlines, and benefit-driven sections
Create CTAs that motivate action and reduce friction
Support testing initiatives to improve conversion rates
Collaborate with designers to ensure copy and visuals work together
Email Marketing & Sequences — 20%

Write promotional emails, announcements, and lifecycle sequences
Develop subject lines and body copy optimized for opens and clicks
Create segmented messaging for different audiences and funnel stages
Balance promotional messaging with value-driven content
Iterate on email copy based on engagement and conversion data
Product Copy & E-commerce — 10%

Write product descriptions highlighting benefits, use cases, and value
Develop positioning statements, taglines, and product messaging
Support upsell, cross-sell, and launch copy initiatives
Ensure clarity and expectation-setting to support conversion quality
Brand Messaging & Voice Development — 10%

Maintain consistent brand voice across channels
Create brand messaging frameworks and positioning statements
Write website copy and foundational brand content
Adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and platforms
Editing, Optimization & Collaboration — 5%

Edit and refine copy for clarity, tone, and conversion focus
Optimize existing copy based on performance data
Collaborate with marketers, designers, and stakeholders on messaging
Stay current on copywriting, conversion, and persuasion best practices
