SUMMARY
The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives, sales support materials, and internal communications. This role focuses on content updates, campaign coordination, and administrative marketing activities while ensuring brand consistency across platforms. The position collaborates closely with marketing leadership and sales teams to deliver timely, accurate, and effective marketing assets.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Create, update, and maintain sales enablement tools including presentations, pitch decks, specification documents, case studies, brochures, and sell sheets to support sales efforts.
Maintain and update website content, including blogs, news, photography, and video assets.
Develop, schedule, and publish social media content and campaigns in alignment with marketing plans.
Track and report on marketing analytics, including campaign performance and engagement metrics.
Support internal communications by preparing updates, announcements, and meeting materials.
Coordinate logistics and materials for sales meetings, trade shows, community events, and other marketing activities.
Order, manage, and distribute promotional items, swag, holiday gifts, giveaways, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with marketing leadership to promote new capabilities and campaigns.
Special projects and assignments as business dictates

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field required
0-2 years of marketing, communications, or administrative support experience required
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) required
Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems preferred
Basic understanding of marketing analytics and reporting tools preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
Must have attention to detail and focused concentration
Must be able to learn new tasks and complete tasks independently
Must be able to make timely decisions in the context of the workflow
Must possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and responsiveness
