Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Technicians for a leading manufacturing supplier located in Duluth, MN. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information! What You'll Do as a Production Technician:

Set up production equipment to support manufacturing operations
Monitor, audit, and provide guidance to line operators to ensure efficient production
Conduct test runs and collect data to evaluate yields, identify issues, and support new product development
Prepare records, charts, and reports to track performance and production outcomes
Provide technical support to manufacturing teams and assist in resolving quality issues
Perform tasks such as winding, soldering, encapsulation, testing, and assembly
Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
Operate specialized equipment and systems (e.g., MES and other production systems)
What You Need to Bring to the Production Technician Role:

1-2 years of related manufacturing or technical experience
Ability to apply job skills, procedures, and company policies effectively
Experience or willingness to learn technical assembly processes such as soldering and winding
Strong attention to detail with the ability to monitor processes and identify issues
Basic data tracking and reporting skills (charts, records, and test documentation)
Ability to provide technical support and collaborate with production teams
Familiarity with or ability to learn manufacturing systems and equipment
Interest in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices
