Job Summary
This role is critical in optimizing the integrity of contractual frameworks for enterprise clients, focusing on seamless, automated customer experiences. The position will lead the transition to a system‑governed model, providing real‑time visibility into complex agreements and establishing foundational infrastructure for future growth. You will drive operational transformation, enhance digital infrastructure, and implement robust governance and process excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Architect the transition from manual asset tracking to real‑time automated systems validating hardware and software entitlements.
Develop automated workflows for complex, multi‑year agreements and enhance digital portals for self‑service customer operations.
Formalize asset management governance, define data‑sync workflows, and reimagine support models for high‑value accounts.
Socialize new operational standards with leadership and manage the rollout of system‑led protocols to internal teams and partners.
Develop specialized toolsets and collateral to enable sales teams in managing complex contractual conversations and optimizing customer spend.
Must Have Skills
Proven ability to balance operational rigor with customer relationship management.
Experience querying and analyzing large datasets for contract validation.
Robust experience leading large‑scale organizational change initiatives for digital process adoption.
Domain Experience
Enterprise Software/SaaS, Cloud Operations, or similar technology‑related industries.
