Push Cannabis is hiring a Sales Account Manager to grow our footprint across Michigan. We distribute Smokiez Edibles and our owned brand Mother Puckers into licensed dispensaries statewide, and we're scaling fast.

This is a field-based role with statewide coverage. Strong opportunity in Metro Detroit, plus real white space in West Michigan and Northern Michigan that we need help capturing.

Compensation
Base: $500 per week Commission: 4% on personal accounts, uncapped, paid after invoice is collected

New Door Bonus: $100 per new account, paid after second reorder

Mileage: IRS standard rate, $0.725 per mile

What You'll Do
Manage 30 to 50 active dispensary accounts in your territory, driving reorders and growing average order value Prospect and open new dispensary accounts, especially in West and Northern Michigan Conduct in-store visits, buyer meetings, budtender education, and product sampling Execute promotional programs at retail and ensure deals are honored correctly Submit weekly call reports, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts Coordinate with internal team on order fulfillment and account management Maintain accurate records in Distru, LeafLink, and our internal CRM Track competitive activity and report market intelligence back to ownership

What We're Looking For
Required: Minimum 1 year of B2B outside sales experience (cannabis, beverage, spirits, CPG, or other regulated industry preferred)

At least 21 years of age Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to pass a background check per Michigan cannabis regulations

Michigan resident, willing and able to travel statewide

Preferred
Existing relationships with Michigan dispensary buyers, especially outside Metro Detroit

Experience with Distru and LeafLink

Working knowledge of Michigan CRA regulations and Metrc

Track record of opening new accounts and growing territory revenue
