Contract Brand Designer (Art Direction & Visual Design) – Hybrid
We’re seeking a Contract Brand Designer with strong art direction and hands-on design expertise to join a fast‑paced, creative brand team supporting iconic entertainment and lifestyle properties. This hybrid role blends concept development, visual design, and art direction, offering the opportunity to shape brand storytelling across multiple platforms and consumer touchpoints.

The ideal candidate brings exceptional branding skills, a highly conceptual mindset, and advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. You’ll collaborate closely with internal creative leaders, cross‑functional partners, and external agencies to deliver high‑quality, production‑ready creative work.

What You’ll Do
Creative Strategy & Design Execution
Translate brand strategy and visual guidelines into compelling creative concepts and executions
Design and deliver assets across

digital, print, social media, retail, and experiential marketing
Create polished, production‑ready layouts with strong typography, composition, and attention to detail
Develop creative presentations including mood boards, mockups, and creative decks
Support art direction by reviewing and guiding agency and vendor work under senior creative leadership
Maintain consistently high creative standards and brand integrity

Collaboration & Project Management
Partner with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, and Marketing teams to ideate and refine work
Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to bring concepts from idea to execution
Efficiently incorporate feedback while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organization and time management
Maintain clean, organized files and follow established production workflows

Qualifications
4–6+ years of experience

in brand design or graphic design (agency and/or in‑house)
Strong portfolio demonstrating

multi‑channel brand execution
Expert proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Proficiency in Microsoft tools including

Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with both

print and digital design ; social media or experiential design is a plus
Familiarity with

AI‑assisted creative tools

(e.g., ChatGPT, generative design platforms)
Strong understanding of visual design fundamentals, typography, and layout
Clear communicator with a collaborative, solutions‑oriented approach
