Sales Coordinator

$22 - $25 per hour
Location: Tempe, Arizona
Customer Service Duties

Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues while ensuring a positive customer experience
Maintain accurate customer records, interactions, and transactions in CRM systems
Process orders, service requests, and account updates with a high level of accuracy
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Sales & Revenue Support Duties

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services based on customer needs
Educate customers on available products, features, and promotions
Generate and qualify leads through customer interactions and outbound outreach
Support the sales team by entering prospects, tracking opportunities, and updating pipelines
Assist with preparing quotes, proposals, and follow-up communications
Meet or exceed assigned sales and customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications

1–3+ years of customer service experience; sales or retail experience strongly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Pay details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
