The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven sales professional with a proven track record of identifying, engaging, and closing new customers. This role focuses exclusively onnew logo acquisitionand pipeline generation, not account management.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development:
Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise and mid-market clients for IT services.
Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.
Develop and execute a targeted hunter sales strategy aligned with company growth goals.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold calling, social selling, and networking.
Understand client business challenges and position IT services as value-driven solutions.
Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals.
Experience in selling IT services, including (but not limited to):
Application Development & Maintenance
Digital Transformation
Data & Analytics
Managed IT Services
Market & Relationship Development:
Research market trends, competitors, and customer need to identify new opportunities.
Establish relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Consistently meet or exceed new business revenue targets.
Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM updates.
Provide regular sales reports and pipeline reviews to leadership.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of
new business sales experience
in IT Services, Technology Consulting.
Proven success as a
hunter
with a strong record of closing net-new logos.
Strong understanding of IT services and solution-based selling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience selling to mid-market and/or enterprise customers.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
