Education and Standards
Undergraduate degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, or communications
Entry Level, 1 year of experience
Knowledge of sports is essential

High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and online research
Assist AE/SAE/Supervisor in day-to-day communication
Organize and track documents, such as activation calendars, billing, metrics, recaps, and evaluations
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects, including developing a broad understanding of clients’ businesses and needs
Aid in the evaluation and negotiation of sponsorship proposals on behalf of Optimum Sports clients
Recognize and solve tactical problems; participate in development of strategic solutions
Design decks and word documents that convey strategy supported with appropriate research
Gain a strong understanding of research from third party data, industry trades, and additional sources to produce and interpret reports
Proactive in identifying new projects and business opportunities with existing clients
Assist in presenting new partnership and annual sports strategic opportunities to senior level client executives
Familiar with in-stadium partnership structure, assets, and overall terminology
Familiar with digital world both related to sports specific sites as well as social channels and content strategies
Supportive in business development and growing Optimum Sports
Contributes to company initiatives, business pitches, and internal projects
Handle administrative duties, as needed, such as maintaining status reports, capturing meeting notes, managing upkeep of documents on server, tracking, etc.
Compensation and Benefits
This role includes a pay range of $34,000—$60,000 USD. Compensation is determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location, with the Company reserving the right to modify this range. Work Arrangement
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. The number of required in-office days may be adjusted over time based on business needs.
