Retention Marketing Coordinator
Job Responsibilities

Leverage trends, consumer insights, behavioral data, and purchasing patterns to recommend innovations across lifecycle marketing, product experiences, and retention strategies

Conceptualize and execute improvements to email, SMS, onsite, and retention funnels, including campaign creative, messaging, segmentation, and user journeys

Build, launch, and optimize automated lifecycle campaigns to improve conversion, repeat purchase rate, LTV, and engagement

Support development of customer‑facing product experiences such as personalization, recommendations, quizzes, and promotional offers

Assist in experimentation strategy, including A/B testing across messaging, offers, landing pages, creative, and product recommendations

Gather, analyze, and interpret campaign performance and purchasing data to inform decision‑making

Develop and manage creative briefs, ensuring alignment and timely delivery with internal copy and design teams

Utilize AI‑powered tools to improve productivity across ideation, segmentation, optimization, reporting, and workflow automation

Oversee operational execution including campaign setup, QA, audience management, tracking, reporting, and testing

Basic Qualifications

Experience or strong interest in marketing, ecommerce, growth, retention, or related fields

Highly analytical mindset with curiosity around consumer behavior, performance metrics, and business growth

Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to translate data into marketing ideas and experiences

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Team‑oriented with a proactive, ownership‑driven attitude

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Passion for beauty, wellness, fashion, or consumer brands

Experience working with large datasets and translating insights into action

Basic HTML and CSS knowledge

Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or similar

Experience with Klaviyo or other ESP/CDP platforms

Experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows, content creation, or data analysis
