Role Overview
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Senior Marketing Coordinator will join a marketing team of graphic and marketing professionals and support brokers with design marketing, digital marketing, signage, and internal communications. The ideal candidate is technologically savvy, design‑driven, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage the day‑to‑day aspects of all email marketing initiatives, including email creation, list management, scheduling, segmentation, A/B testing, and reporting
Own and maintain the marketing automation platform Buildout by managing users, training, and ensuring listings are SEO‑optimized
Support the brokerage team with a variety of business needs, including the preparation of marketing materials
Create and maintain website content across different platforms, including Foleon and Wix, and maintain the regional website
Manage signage requests from design to installation and vendor relationships
Create engaging experiences on digital content platforms (e.g., Foleon)
Provide reception coverage (1.5 hours/day) as needed
Participate in the development and implementation of internal communications and events
Support research for production of reports
Work within and help maintain established brand guidelines
Exercise judgment to promote smooth workflow and ensure demands are met
Work efficiently, independently and as part of a team
Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Marketing Manager
Qualifications
4+ years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator with a strong sense of design
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint)
Strong interest in staying proficient with technology
Working knowledge of email marketing campaigns (e.g., CASL knowledge is a plus)
Experience updating website content with an understanding of SEO best practices and Google Analytics is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure, juggle tasks and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality

Compensation
The base salary ranges from $72,000 to $78,000, with additional compensation potential through bonus. Base compensation is determined by work location and other factors such as relevant education, training, and experience.
