Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager focuses on content creation, social media engagement, and event coverage to enhance the member experience. This role plays a key part in capturing the campus atmosphere and bringing it to life through digital channels and storytelling.

Day‑to‑Day

Capture event photography and curate visual content that showcases campus experiences (tenant events, social events, corporate events)

Manage and contribute to social media channels for our partners, ensuring consistent and engaging content

Create and design marketing materials, including graphics for social posts, web, emails, and promotions

Develop engaging content that highlights events, programs, and member experiences

Support marketing campaigns through content creation and execution

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely coverage of events and initiatives

Assist in maintaining brand voice and visual consistency across all platforms

Support member engagement efforts through dynamic and creative storytelling

About You

2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation

Experience with event photography and visual content creation

Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategy

Basic to intermediate graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)

Strong communication and storytelling abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools preferred

This role reports directly to the Marketing Director
