We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team across the DACH region. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and sales representatives, and expanding strategic relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers. Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Sales Managers and sales representatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Define and execute strategic sales plans focused on pharmaceutical manufacturers across the DACH region
Drive team performance through clear KPIs, regular performance reviews and data‑driven decision‑making
Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers in client organizations
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts through consultative selling approaches
Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, technical and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to inform strategy
Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports and business updates to senior leadership
Requirements
Proven experience managing teams of Regional Sales Managers and/or sales representatives
Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in B2B sales to pharmaceutical manufacturers
Strong background in consultative sales of products or services such as chemicals, technical solutions or services (non‑packaging)
Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and improving team performance, supported by measurable achievements
Excellent leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills
Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking ability
Native‑level German and good command of English
Willingness to travel within the DACH region as required
