We are seeking an experienced and driven Social Media Manager to join our Marketing Team reporting to the Executive Director, Omnichannel. This individual will be responsible for managing our social media presence among our healthcare provider customer audience and executing social media campaigns that attract new customers and motivate existing customers to engage with Evolus, our products and programs. In this role, you will be empowered to use social in new ways for our category and directly impact our brand reputation.

Essential duties and responsibilities

Develop strategies and tactics to support the exponential growth of our social presence across multiple platforms, fostering high engagement rates in addition to increased reach, engagement and follower counts

Manage the content calendar and social execution plans for Evolus commercial social channels

Collaborate with the Professional Marketing Team, Patient Marketing Team and Training Team to create social campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement and leads

Manage our community, cultivating conversations and responding to those who interact with our content

Own the implementation, and engagement with healthcare providers (our customer) who carry influence on social media platforms

Provide internal Creative department with social campaign briefs and direction to inform asset and caption creation

Monitor social and channel Key Performance Indicators and provide monthly reporting to marketing leadership team

Ensure timely submissions of all proposed content to internal Promotional Review Board to avoid expedited review

Responsible for scheduling, managing, monitoring and optimizing the posting schedule, incorporating best practices

You are a natural born storyteller and understand how to bring them to life through social content

You are social media obsessed, from content development to influencers, community building to channel development

You love the start‑up mentality and are ready to build from the ground, up! As a small, agile team, you may often wear many hats and are responsible for the full execution of your programs

Office Location – Newport Beach (hybrid onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)

Up to 20% travel to staff social media shoots, attend sales and customer meetings

Qualifications and Skills

5 years social media marketing experience

Experience implementing social media campaigns across multiple platforms, especially Instagram/Meta and YouTube

Willing to learn promotional guidelines required for pharmaceutical products and medical devices

Ability to act independently and represent be resourceful in approach to problem solving

Foster a collaborative team environment with your peers on the internal creative, regulatory, project management, digital enablement, analytics’ teams to ensure your social campaigns are executed well and reporting data is shared back with the team

Experience with social media publishing and analytics platforms, such as Dash

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in digital media, marketing, communication or public relations preferred

Content creation experience preferred

Compensation & Total Rewards
This is an exempt position. The expected pay for this position is $114,400 - $125,000. You are eligible for a sales incentive compensation terms and conditions apply. Your actual base salary will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role‑relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, geographic location, certifications, and more.
