Job Title: Sally Beauty Advisor

Responsibilities

Build relationships and inspire customer loyalty

Recommend additional and complementary products

Inform customers of current promotions and events

Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events

Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program

Complete transactions accurately and efficiently

Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

18 years of age or older

1+ year of retail sales/customer service experience preferred

Available to meet scheduling needs of the business

Effective communication with customers, co-workers, and management

Ability to apply product knowledge training in customer service

Read and explain product labels

Follow directions and perform additional duties assigned by management

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation

May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion

Requires long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes

May involve work around moving parts, carts, or machines
