Neil Jesani Advisors is a specialized team of CPAs, EAs, Tax Attorneys, and financial professionals dedicated to helping high-income individuals and successful business owners significantly reduce tax exposure and elevate long-term financial outcomes.

We’re expanding our reach into the mid-market B2B space and seeking a high-caliber Mid-Market Advisory Sales Strategist to lead that growth.

The Role
This role is ideal for a strategic hunter who understands how to navigate complex organizations, engage senior leadership, and communicate the value of sophisticated tax, financial, and advisory solutions. We are hiring regionally for this position. The successful candidate will spend an initial two weeks at our corporate office for immersive onboarding, training, and integration with our advisory team — and thereafter will travel to corporate one week each month to maintain alignment with leadership, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to ongoing strategic initiatives. The remainder of the time, you’ll operate from your home region, close to clients and prospects.

What You’ll Do

Drive new business development across mid-market companies and professional organizations

Lead the full sales cycle — prospecting, discovery, solution presentation, proposal, and close

Engage CFOs, CEOs, business owners, and key stakeholders with a consultative, insight-driven approach

Translate client challenges into high-value tax reduction, planning, and advisory solutions

Navigate multi-threaded sales processes with legal, finance, and executive teams

Build a strong outbound motion and maintain disciplined pipeline management in HubSpot

Protect pricing integrity and negotiate strategically based on business value

Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and GTM initiatives

What We’re Looking For

10+ years of B2B enterprise or mid-market sales experience

Proven success closing complex, high-value professional services or financial solutions

Executive presence with the ability to influence senior decision-makers

A hunter mindset with strong discipline and self-motivation

Excellent communication, discovery, and value-based selling skills

Comfort working in a high-growth, high-expectation environment

Willingness and ability to travel to our corporate office for the initial two-week onboarding period and one week per month thereafter
