Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator supports the coordination and execution of marketing initiatives across PR, influencer partnerships, social channels, and events. This role helps maintain organization, communication, and follow-through across marketing projects, ensuring initiatives are executed consistently and on time. Working closely with the VP, Marketing & Performance and cross‑functional teams, this role serves as a central point of coordination across day‑to‑day marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
PR & Influencer Coordination
Support coordination of PR initiatives, influencer partnerships, and product seeding
Assist with outreach tracking, deliverables, and follow‑up communication
Coordinate sample needs with Product and Logistics teams
Maintain organization of PR calendars, contact lists, and partnership tracking
Support planning and coordination of social content across channels
Assist with content calendars, scheduling, approvals, and posting coordination
Partner with Creative and Marketing teams to ensure alignment across campaigns and launches
Help maintain consistency of brand voice and messaging across platforms
Events & Activations
Support planning and coordination of events, trunk shows, activations, and marketing partnerships
Assist with timelines, logistics, product coordination, and event preparation
Ensure marketing materials and deliverables are organized and executed on schedule
Marketing Coordination & Project Support
Support maintenance of the marketing calendar across launches, campaigns, and partnerships
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and follow‑ups across teams
Assist with organization and communication related to ongoing marketing initiatives
Cross‑Functional Support
Partner with Creative, Retail, Product, and Logistics teams to support marketing execution
Help ensure alignment across marketing initiatives and business priorities
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in marketing, PR, social media, or related fields
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through
Interest in fashion, retail, and brand marketing preferred
Success Metrics
On‑time execution of marketing initiatives and deliverables
Organization and accuracy of calendars, tracking, and communication
Successful support of PR, influencer, and event initiatives
Consistency and reliability in day‑to‑day marketing coordination
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.
Must be able to navigate all areas of the organization's facilities.

Pay Range: The expected base pay for this role is $60,000-$70,000 per year. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
