International Sales Executive, Security Events (Bilingual English/Spanish)

We love events! Our business is about making face-to-face connections! We are looking for a highly motivated, outgoing, customer‑focused Sales Executive to join our highly performing International Sales Group to manage a portfolio of security events. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business, managing and upselling existing accounts for our events and digital solutions.

The International Sales Group (ISG) of RX is a specialist team of 160 international salespeople based in 13 territories around the world. We support clients who wish to build and grow their businesses internationally by offering opportunities at any one of the 400+ RX shows in the 22 countries and 43 industry sectors we serve.

Responsibilities

Develop an understanding of the event portfolio, market and offer value‑based packages based on customer objectives and needs.

Build long‑term relationships with customers, understand their businesses and marketing strategies, and become a trusted trade show expert.

Communicate with senior‑level prospects and customers both in person and via video conferencing.

Manage the CRM system, pipeline, and campaigns across multiple events.

Attend RX events, competitor events, and scheduled customer office visits.

Communicate with internal teams throughout the entire sales cycle.

Achieve and surpass individual revenue targets.

Requirements

Be a self‑motivated individual with a determined, mature approach and prepared to go that extra mile to achieve/exceed sales.

Have a proven and successful track record in a sales environment.

Demonstrate effective telephone sales ability at a senior level.

Have experience in consultative selling, maximizing revenue from existing customers, demonstrating innovation and creativity.

Demonstrate ability to prioritize projects based on need and organization.

Be a team player with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

Demonstrate a high level of professionalism with strong attention to detail.

Be able to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).

Compensation & Benefits
U.S. National Base Pay Range: $72,200 - $120,200. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. Pay mix between base and variable pay varies based on sales role; please discuss with the recruiter.
