About You
In this professional role you will focus on winning with consumers and the market while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.

Analytics, Measurement & Reporting

Track, analyze, and interpret social media KPIs across all platforms, providing regular performance reporting to team members and brand stakeholders.

Conduct in‑depth analysis of social media campaigns by producing detailed performance reports that surface ROI, audience behavior patterns, and content effectiveness with clear, actionable recommendations.

Use advanced analytics tools and statistical methods to identify trends, define consumer cohorts, and deliver data‑driven guidance for program optimization.

Perform competitive analyses and benchmark reporting to track brand performance against industry standards and competitors’ social media presence, identifying opportunities and gaps.

Generate regular sentiment analysis reports, tracking brand health, share of voice, and consumer perception across social platforms to support brand decision‑making.

Collaborate with team members, brand teams, and the broader Insights & Analytics team to establish meaningful performance metrics and goals, ensuring consistent measurement frameworks across campaigns.

Partner with agency teams to support content performance tracking and integrate measurement into holistic reporting deliverables.

Trend Monitoring & Insights

Stay ahead of social media trends, platform innovations, emerging formats, and new channels, including generative AI and AI‑assisted content production, translating observations into timely, strategic recommendations.

Monitor social listening signals across platforms by mining comments, identifying category‑relevant opportunities and cultural moments that could inform agile content responses.

Tap into platform partnerships to leverage audience insights and optimize channel approach.

Identify novel opportunities for consumer engagement and brand relevance through ongoing listening, trend analysis, and platform research.

Support agile and reactive content production by providing data‑backed cultural context and platform insights that help creators and agency counterparts react quickly and confidently.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, data analytics, communications, or related field.

At least 3 years of experience in a relevant social media role.

Background in social media measurement and reporting across organic, paid, and earned/influencer marketing, with a track record of turning data into actionable recommendations.

Deep understanding of the social media landscape, platform algorithms, and how content performance signals translate into strategic optimizations.

Experience with Sprinklr required.

Proficiency with native social platforms.

Strong analytical thinking with the ability to synthesize complex data sets into clear narratives for non‑technical audiences.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inform and influence stakeholders across functions and levels of seniority.

Demonstrated ability to monitor trends and translate cultural and platform signals into timely, strategic recommendations.

Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast‑paced, highly matrixed organization.

Experience providing insights for large brands and/or national campaigns is a plus.

Experience within an agency environment is a plus.

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
