A2Z The Agency is looking for a hands‑on, performance‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the execution and optimization of digital and PR campaigns across a diverse portfolio of local, regional, and national clients.

This is a player‑coach role—you’ll be in the platforms building and optimizing campaigns while also guiding a Marketing Coordinator and helping elevate the quality and performance of our work.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Own Digital Campaign Execution
Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more
Ensure accuracy across targeting, budgets, tracking, creative, and conversions
Continuously monitor and optimize for performance and ROI

Drive Performance & Optimization
Analyze campaign performance using platform data, benchmarks, and historical results
Identify trends and opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes
Implement data‑driven optimizations to improve efficiency, performance, and ROI

Support PR & Media Efforts
Contribute to press releases, media outreach, and distribution efforts
Help identify opportunities for coverage and track placements

Keep Campaigns Connected
Ensure digital, PR, content, and social efforts are aligned
Support cohesive execution across channels

Lead Reporting & Insights
Build and maintain reporting processes
Deliver clear, actionable insights to internal teams and clients
Oversee a Marketing Coordinator (to be hired)
Delegate campaign setup, reporting, and QA tasks
Review work to ensure accuracy and quality

Ensure Quality
Review campaigns and assets before and after launch
Maintain a high standard across all deliverables
Work closely with the Vice President & Creative Director and team on timelines and execution
Help refine workflows and improve team efficiency as the team grows

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience
3–6+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience
Proven success in managing and optimizing multi‑channel campaigns
Experience with PR or media relations is a plus
Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members is a plus

Skills
Strong experience with paid media platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Deep understanding of campaign setup, tracking, and optimization
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action
Experience with project management tools (Basecamp, Asana, etc.) is a plus

$60,000–$75,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
