Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities while developing and executing account strategies

Research prospective clients and build relationships with key decision-makers

Prepare and deliver proposals, manage a sales pipeline, and support pricing and quoting activities

Achieve sales targets through effective negotiation and customer engagement

Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and long-term partnerships

Monitor account performance and support profitability by addressing issues proactively

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, operations) to support project execution

Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and business opportunities

Apply technical knowledge to support customer discussions and evaluate opportunities

Follow company quality standards and support compliance with internal processes

Qualifications

10 years of experience in sales and business development.

Experience with plastics, automotive adhesives, or injection molding.

3–5 years of strategic business planning experience.

International travel may be required

Japanese skill

is a plus
