Posh Peanut is a fast-growing, design-obsessed baby and kids brand built for the modern parent. We are digitally native, move quickly, experiment boldly, and attract A-talent who want to build something culturally relevant and genuinely loved.
As we continue to scale, Amazon has become a critical growth pillar: a channel where new parents discover the brand, and existing fans restock essentials. We're hiring a Sr. Manager/Director of Amazon to take full ownership of this channel and turn it into a flagship business.

Glendale, CA
Workplace type:
Hybrid role based in Glendale, CA with an expectation of approximately three in-office days per week.
Position Overview
This role will own the strategy, P&L, and execution for Posh Peanut's Amazon business end-to-end. You'll be the single point of accountability across advertising, content and listings, and inventory and will partner closely with brand, supply chain, finance, and creative to scale Amazon as a top-three revenue channel for the brand.
This is a builder role. You'll inherit an established but under-optimized presence and have a mandate to rebuild the foundation, raise the ceiling, and protect brand equity along the way. You'll report into senior leadership and present results directly to the executive team.

Strategy & Operations
Define the short and long-term Amazon growth strategy aligned to company goals

Build and manage campaign architecture across the catalog, including new product launches, hero SKU defense, and competitor conquesting
Partner with creative on ad assets (A+ video, Sponsored Brand creative) that match Posh Peanut's premium brand standard

Listing & Content Optimization
Own the storefront, brand store, and every PDP: title, bullets, A+ content, brand story modules, and image stack
Drive a continuous testing program (copy, hero images, A+ modules, video) to improve conversion rate and organic rank
Manage the variation strategy across prints, sizes, and bundles to maximize discoverability without cannibalizing core SKUs
Monitor and protect Buy Box health, brand registry compliance, and unauthorized seller activity
Partner with SEO and brand teams to align on‑Amazon search strategy with the broader digital roadmap.
Inventory Management
Manage and oversee Amazon inventory specialist, guiding the demand forecast for Amazon by SKU, by week in partnership with supply chain and operations

Lead seasonal and launch planning: Prime Day, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, holiday gifting, and new collection drops
Own the relationship with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central support, chargebacks, shortages, and case management
Build the weekly and monthly reporting that gives the executive team a clear read on Amazon's health and trajectory

Proven track record: growing an Amazon business YoY through advertising, content, and inventory levers
Experience with apparel and large, complex catalog
Deep fluency: in Seller Central, Amazon Ads Console / Amazon Marketing Cloud, Helium 10 or equivalent, and FBA operations
Strong financial acumen: Comfortable owning a P&L, modeling tradeoffs between spend and contribution margin
Brand sensibility: You understand that on Amazon, every PDP is a brand moment. You can hold a premium standard without losing performance
Operator mindset: You're equally comfortable in a spreadsheet, in a creative review, and on a forecast call with operations
Hands‑on builder: You've taken an Amazon channel from underperforming to flagship, and can describe how
