The Sales Manager is responsible for working closely with and supporting the Branch Manager in selling the Coldwell Banker Value Proposition, coaching agents on increased production, and implementing an office culture where agents thrive and want to grow their careers. The Sales Manager plays a critical role in achieving the business goals while promoting extraordinary customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruit, acquire, and retain productive sales associates by supporting the Branch Manager with agent recruiting efforts, onboarding new agents, and coaching and mentoring them on business strategy and growth.

Support the day-to-day management of branch operations to maximize profit and organic growth of the branch office by training and coaching agents on company tools and programs, leveraging business relationships with preferred services and externally in the marketplace, articulating and representing the company’s value proposition, and providing support and direction for the branch staff.

Ensure compliance within the branch office with company policies and procedures, industry and employment regulations, and state and federal laws, including RESPA and Fair Housing Standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

Three or more years of experience selling real estate—required.

Active Real Estate License—required.

Technologically proficient in all areas, including familiarity with various operating systems on PCs and Macs.

Ability to learn new software programs as needed and skillful in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe programs (Adobe Acrobat).

Working knowledge of business and financial acumen, including demonstrated P&L understanding—required.

Experience in training, coaching, and leading people, groups, and organizations—preferred.

Exceptional presentation and public‑speaking skills; impeccable verbal and written grammar—required.
