The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a proven sales professional who is ready to step into leadership or someone already leading who thrives in a hands-on, player-coach environment.

You will work closely with leadership to help train, develop, and elevate a growing team of sales representatives while contributing to overall revenue growth and team success.

What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals

Act as a player-coach, providing hands-on training and mentorship

Help build structure, processes, and best practices within a growing office

Support client acquisition and business development efforts

Drive performance, accountability, and team culture

Collaborate with leadership on growth strategy and hiring initiatives

What We’re Looking For

Strong background in sales, ideally within staffing or healthcare staffing

Experience mentoring, training, or leading others (formal or informal)

Proven track record of individual production

Ability to thrive in a growth-stage, evolving environment

High energy, team-first mindset with low ego

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
