Responsibilities

Inputting estimates into POS system

Sourcing materials

Customer service

Order entry and invoicing

Accounts receivable management

Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment
This position can involve working outdoors or being exposed to wet, humid, extremely hot or extremely cold conditions. It may require working near a highly precarious place, moving mechanical parts, exposure to electrical shock, vibrations, airborne particles or toxic chemicals.

Physical Demands
Frequent sitting, use of hands, talking and listening; periodic standing, walking and use of hands and arms. Rarely includes stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling.

Position Type / Expected Hours
Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Travel
Limited local travel is expected.

Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Invoicing and POS system proficiency

Inventory system familiarity

Human resources system knowledge

Word processing software proficiency

Spreadsheet and internet software proficiency

Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers

Analytical skills: define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; interpret extensive technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and handle abstract and concrete variables.
