Role Description
We are seeking a Site Engineer for a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, OH. The Site Engineer will oversee project execution, ensuring that construction and installation activities meet quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising on-site operations, coordinating with teams, conducting quality control inspections, and ensuring timely project delivery. The Site Engineer will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize design and structural integrity while maintaining effective communication channels with the team and clients.

Qualifications

Experience in on-site operations management and proven ability to oversee daily execution activities

Strong communication skills for effective team coordination and client interaction

Expertise in Quality Control to ensure compliance with standards and project specifications

Proficiency in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles for design and implementation

Ability to solve on-site challenges proactively and adapt to project changes

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

Experience in solar project installation and knowledge of solar technology is a plus
