Core Responsibilities
The Creative Specialist, Copywriter is a senior creative role, with no direct reports, at OLA (Our LEGO Agency). The role is part of the LEGO agency Global Creative LT, reporting into the VP, Head of Global Creative.
Drive creative excellence, and impact on business, by concepting, writing and producing work for global creative platforms, partnerships and innovation campaigns for the LEGO® Brand.
Contribute with your strategic thinking and your excellent writing and crafting skills to the creative output of the LEGO® Brand.
Be familiar with and always be on the lookout for modern and innovative creative solutions.
Demonstrate a deep understanding and familiarity with modern advertising, digital and social marketing practices.
Work with our Global VP, Head of Creative in producing and deploying 360° communications across the globe.
Engage with stakeholders across the LEGO® Group to implement and evolve work.

Our LEGO Agency (OLA) focuses on delivering best‑in‑class campaigns, insight driven and fit for purpose solutions across the LEGO group. The global development is driven from the LEGO Group’s headquarters in Billund, Denmark. OLA has five main hubs based in four main regions – CPH, AMS, EMEA, China & APAC. This position is located in Our LEGO Agency Boston, AMS Hub.
Do You Have What It Takes?
Extensive experience with an integrated portfolio and relevant case‑studies for Global Brands.
Background in advertising, with experience at advertising agencies or other creative companies.
A capacity to concept and execute big ideas, with a track record of influential creative work and solutions.
Great writing skills for advertising on different media (from film to social) and a portfolio with influential creative work and solutions.
Ability to self‑sustain concepting and writing advertising executions, taking projects from brief to production.
Ability to present to senior stakeholders. Great communication and presentation skills.
Additional Details
Manager level role based at 1001 Boylston St in Boston, MA.
Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office, with flexible working arrangements.
No relocation assistance.
Compensation
Salary range: $107,885 – $161,827, based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks and organizational constraints. Comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
