The Director, Corporate Finance is responsible for leading the execution of capital markets, including equity offerings, debt financings, and strategic advisory engagements. This role will partner closely with senior leadership to drive business development, manage client relationships, and oversee the execution of complex financial transactions. The Director will also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and contributing to the overall growth of the Corporate Finance platform.Lead execution of corporate finance transactions including equity offerings, and debt issuancesDevelop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, institutional investors, and internal stakeholdersOversee financial modeling, valuation analysis, and preparation of client deliverables including pitch materials and presentationsSupport business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and contributing to client pitchesCoordinate due diligence processes and manage transaction timelines across internal and external partiesCollaborate with legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure regulatory adherenceProvide guidance and mentorship to analysts and associatesMonitor market trends and provide strategic insights to clients and internal teamsEnsure accuracy and quality of all deliverablesExercise independent judgment in managing transaction execution and client relationshipsInfluence deal strategy, pricing, and structuring decisionsProvide leadership and oversight to junior team membersContribute to departmental strategy and growth initiativesAll other duties as assignedBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field requiredMBA or advanced degree preferred7–10+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or capital marketsFINRA Series 7 and Series 63 required, (e.g., Series 79) preferredProven track record of executing complex financial transactionsStrong knowledge of capital markets, corporate finance, and financial modelingDeep understanding of valuation methodologies and transaction structuringExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and presentation abilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholdersDemonstrated leadership and team management capabilitiesProficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg)Work Authorization Requirement:This position is not eligible for via sponsorship, including H-1B, CPT, OPT, or any other employment-based sponsorship.
