Position Overview
As a

Sales Executive

with LoopNet, you will be part of a growth‑oriented, innovative company and represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with the world’s top owners and brokers to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to showcase and differentiate their portfolio of properties online. Key to your success will be your ability to build long‑lasting, service‑focused, customer relationships, advising on product frequency, reach, and brand efficacy and highlighting return on investment using our proprietary analytical tools and reporting capabilities. You will leverage CoStar Group’s deep knowledge and expertise in the Commercial Real Estate industry to build your client portfolio by prospecting, studying industry trends and news, and conducting effective product demonstrations.

Additional Information
This role is on‑site at our CoStar Group office in NYC. Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record. The position does not provide visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

Build relationships with clients through consultative sales methods to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on their strategic marketing plan.

Use CoStar Group’s extensive property data to prospect new clients, drive sales, and close new business.

Partner with colleagues across LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.

Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate, and market trends within your territory.

Deliver outstanding customer support through regular, value‑added communication, sharing market insights, and offering solutions that help clients achieve their goals.

Conduct regular in‑person meetings to build client relationships, requiring travel by car and potentially outside the driving radius of your office location.

Basic Qualifications

4+ years of experience in a sales‑related B2B role.

2+ years of commercial real estate (CRE) experience.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.

Demonstrated commitment to prior employers.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a customer‑focused environment.

Current and valid driver’s license.

Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building long‑term relationships and business partnerships with senior/C‑Suite level clients.

Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data and performance metrics.

Regular and consistent access to a motor vehicle prior to or by the start date.

Flexibility and adaptability in a high‑growth company environment.

Self‑starter who works effectively within a team and independently.

Salary
This position offers a base salary range of $70,000–80,000 based on relevant skills and experience, in addition to commission opportunities and a generous benefits plan.
