We’re hiring a
Creative Brand Lead
to take a once‑in‑a‑decade rebrand from agency hand‑off and scale it across every surface — video, web, campaign, deck, social. One job: make every Latent asset unmistakable on first glance.
What you’ll own
You will own the visual and creative expression of Latent—reporting to the VP of Brand. Crucially, this role is about building and scaling creative systems using a new intelligence workflow we've built, enabling everyone in our company to build world‑class assets in seconds.
1. Own creative on key campaigns
Set the visual direction for ABM, paid, lifecycle, partner, and product launches
Partner with growth and product marketing so creative is built for a campaign — never produced in isolation
Maintain a single, coherent voice across video, web, and social
2. Run roll‑out of rebrand across surfaces
Take the new brand system from agency hand‑off into the company's bloodstream
Apply it across web, deck, sales, paid, social, video, recruiting, internal using our internal AI system
Stand up a brand‑asset library: templates, decks, components, files, that any team can pull from
Educate teams on how the brand works and why each rule exists
3. Support events and customer demand campaigns
Direct the creative for flagship events, webinars, and field marketing activations
Build high‑conversion creative systems for demand gen, from email to physical event booths
Standardize event visual identity to ensure Latent stands out in crowded industry halls
4. Support website refreshes
Lead the rebuild of latenthealth.com on the new brand system from our agency
Partner with growth on funnel‑aware page architecture and conversion surfaces
Stand up the visual system that makes our pages feel like Latent end‑to‑end
5. Scale design system for ads and social
Help us design a system that scales for our ads and social campaigns by persona
Direct the social‑content program with a social team carrying day‑to‑day cadence
Approve the editorial line — customer storytelling, partner spotlights, founder content
Use the social orchestrator pattern from Latent Studio — one brief, multiple contender directions, the strongest ships
6. Defend visual coherence across the company
Run brand‑consistency reviews across every outbound asset
Catch generic SaaS patterns before they ship
Mentor cross‑functional teams (sales, recruiting, product) on the brand system

This is a role for someone excited to rethink how creative is done, not replicate traditional agency playbooks
What success looks like
A brand system in active use across every team — not a deck on a shelf
A creative output that competitors and partners notice and copy
Video and web work that move pipeline, not just look good
Every campaign, every surface, every asset is unmistakably Latent
You’ll do well here if
You've spent 10+ years in brand, creative, or design leadership at high‑growth B2B or consumer companies — and you've scaled at least one brand from rebrand into the bloodstream of a company
You have strong directorial chops across video, web, and campaign — not just static design
You have an unusually high taste ceiling and an unusually low tolerance for generic
You ship fast, often, and on‑brand
You're comfortable directing agencies, contractors, and in‑house teams on a single visual system
You actively use AI tools to extend creative output
You believe brand is a system, not a vibe — and you're confident operating across strategy and execution
