A financial services organization is building its Consumer Insights function from the ground up — and this role will help shape it.
We’re looking for a Program Manager who can own research end-to-end: intake, execution, vendor management, and turning insights into real business action.
This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution and wants visibility across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Service.
What You’ll Own
Manage intake, prioritization, timelines, and governance
Partner with vendors and oversee research operations
Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations
Help build the processes and frameworks behind the insights function
Drive adoption and activation of insights across the business
What We’re Looking For
5+ years in Consumer Insights, Market Research, CX, or related areas
Experience managing research programs from scoping through delivery
Strong stakeholder communication and storytelling skills
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping build structure
Hands‑on mindset with both strategic and operational strength
Nice to Have
Qualtrics or similar survey platforms
Vendor-side or agency partnership experience
Ideal for someone who likes building, influencing cross-functional teams, and making research matter.
