Talent Sourcer

Randstad is supporting a financial firm that is looking for a dedicated Sourcing Specialist to join their Revenue Lines team. You will spend 90% of your time hunting for passive talent for our toughest-to-fill positions in unique markets across the country. This role focuses purely on sourcing, with minimal administrative drag from full-cycle scheduling and onboarding.

Salary: $39.28 - $39.29 per hour

Shift: First (8 AM – 5 PM). Education requirement: Bachelors.

Key Responsibilities

Support business objectives by proactively sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent for positions.

Identify candidates using a variety of sources and techniques, selecting the best channels to reach diverse talent pools.

Drive the recruiting process in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Demonstrate a proven commitment to providing a diverse talent pool and a positive experience for the hiring manager and candidate.
