Our client is seeking an Digital Editorial Producer to play a pivotal role in crafting how millions of consumers around the world discover and enjoy the best movies and television on their video platform. What you'll do
Serve as the definitive project manager for all assigned projects, coordinating tasks across worldwide teams including design, UI, editorial, localization, content programming, and marketing.
Ensure projects are kicked off and completed on time and as expected, even under high-pressure conditions with various stakeholders.
Set milestones, remain flexible as priorities shift, and keep sight of deadlines and launch dates.
Manage cross-functional team relationships with the highest levels of professionalism and confidentiality.
Juggle relationships with several types of personalities while operating with a focused sense of urgency.
Oversee setup, creation, and management of key production platform deliverables.
Create and communicate proper naming conventions, update associated trackers, and confirm appropriate metadata standards are applied.
Build positive relationships across the content ecosystem, collaborating with Editorial, Production, Business, and Marketing teams to move priorities forward.
Report to the leadership team and assist in the creation of executive summaries.
Provide frequent and clear communication regarding the status of deliverables, raising potential issues or key decisions to ensure successful project delivery.
Continually strive to define, inform, and optimize production processes.
What you'll bring

5+ years of experience in production and/or project management in the digital media or entertainment industry.
Excellent social, communication, and written skills.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Deep familiarity with Mac OS, iOS, and digital media platforms and ecosystems.
Advanced knowledge of iWork and Microsoft Office.
Proven ability to both lead and follow.
Proven track record leading high-profile projects within short timeframes.
Proven ability to adapt to change seamlessly.
Well versed in digital entertainment trends and live sports.
Flexible in working days and hours, including off-hours and weekends.
High proficiency with Mac/Apple applications, particularly Keynote.
Passion for pop culture, music, and associated content.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related industry experience.
