Role Description
We are seeking a Local Sales Manager for a full-time position based on‑site in Florence, SC. The Local Sales Manager will lead a team of account executives to drive revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies. Responsibilities include coaching and mentoring sales staff, building and maintaining client relationships, creating customized marketing solutions, and achieving individual and team sales targets. The role also involves analyzing market trends, identifying potential revenue opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of sales strategies, client relationship management, and business development

Proven ability to mentor and lead a sales team and foster a goal‑oriented work environment

Proficiency in digital marketing, integrated advertising, and media sales strategies

Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Analytical skills for market analysis, forecasting, and goal setting

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (relevant experience may be considered as a substitute)

Experience in the media, advertising, or digital is strongly preferred

Ability to work collaboratively in an on‑site environment
