Duties
General Marketing Responsibilities

Lead the execution of internal and external meetings & events, ensuring seamless logistics, optimal scheduling, and the strategic alignment of all supporting marketing and promotional materials.

Serve as central hub for team coordination facilitating seamless communication and alignment across marketing initiatives.

Serve as the primary liaison with external vendors to source and manage branded collateral, maintaining quality, consistency, and brand integrity.

Oversee the organization, tracking, and inventory management of all marketing assets to ensure readiness and accessibility across the firm.

Act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders, fulfilling requests for marketing materials and ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery of resources firmwide.

Manage procurement of marketing supplies, proactively anticipating needs to support uninterrupted operations.

Develop and assemble high‑impact marketing packages for client meetings, events, and seminars, reinforcing brand presence and client engagement.

Maintain and optimize the Marketing Department’s calendar, ensuring visibility, alignment, and efficiency across all initiatives.

Marketing Communications, Campaigns & Digital Engagement

Execute targeted email marketing campaigns and event invitations using advanced marketing platforms, driving audience engagement and measurable results.

Support the development of high‑value client communications—including alerts, advisories, and promotional materials—ensuring clarity, consistency, and strategic messaging.

Collaborate cross‑functionally to coordinate and schedule integrated email and social media campaigns, maximizing reach and campaign effectiveness.

Provide operational and technical support for webinars, including end‑to‑end coordination, platform management, and live event execution.

Act as the operational nexus for the marketing team, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and efficient collaboration across all projects.

Event Execution and Coordination

Lead the coordination and execution of firm‑hosted and sponsored events, managing all operational elements including timelines, registration management, guest communications, and post‑event follow‑up to ensure a seamless and professional experience.

Oversee the presentation and strategic placement of branded materials, signage, and promotional assets to maximize brand visibility and consistency across all events.

Serve as an on‑site representative of the firm at key events, ensuring flawless execution while proactively addressing logistical needs and enhancing the overall attendee experience.

Engage directly with clients, prospects, and event attendees to foster meaningful interactions, strengthen relationships, and support lead generation efforts.

Actively identify and capture potential business opportunities during events by facilitating introductions, gathering insights, and supporting follow‑up initiatives with the marketing and business development teams.

Collaborate cross‑functionally to align event objectives with broader marketing and business development strategies, ensuring measurable impact and return on investment.

Monitor event performance and provide post‑event reporting, including attendee engagement, lead generation outcomes, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

CRM Database & List Management

Assist in the segmentation and organization of contact lists to support targeted marketing campaigns and business development efforts.

Collaborate with the CRM administrator to manage data imports, exports, and routine database clean‑up initiatives.

Support the development and maintenance of distribution lists for events, email campaigns, and client communications.

Generate basic reports and lists from the CRM to support marketing campaigns, events, and strategic outreach initiatives.

Social Media Support & Coordination

Assist the Communications Manager in executing the firm’s social media strategy across key platforms, ensuring consistency in voice, branding, and messaging.

Draft, schedule, and publish social media content, including posts, graphics, and event promotions, aligned with marketing and business development goals.

Monitor social media channels for engagement, responding to comments and messages as appropriate and escalating opportunities or issues when needed.

Coordinate with internal teams to gather content, highlights, and updates to support timely and relevant social media postings.

Support the promotion of firm events, webinars, and announcements to increase visibility and audience engagement.

Stay informed on social media trends and platform updates to support ongoing optimization of the firm’s presence.

Requirements

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with platforms such as Hootsuite, WordPress, and Zoom.

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite strongly preferred.
