Lead Apparel Color Designer – Jordan Sport (FBAT + Golf)

About the Role
We’re looking for a

Lead Apparel Color Designer

to help shape the future of sport apparel within an iconic global brand. This role is a unique opportunity to define the

color identity and visual direction

across Football, Training, and Golf apparel.

You’ll bring a strong point of view on

color, culture, and storytelling , combining creative vision with deep consumer insight to create innovative and impactful product.

What You’ll Do

Lead the creation of

seasonal color palettes and narratives

across sport apparel categories

Translate

consumer insights, cultural trends, and brand direction

into compelling color strategies

Apply expertise in

color theory, placement, and compatibility

to elevate product design

Collaborate closely with

product design, graphic design, materials, and merchandising teams

Develop and present

color concepts and direction

to cross-functional stakeholders

Ensure color execution aligns with both

creative vision and technical performance requirements

Contribute to the overall

look and feel of sport apparel collections

Who You’ll Work With
You’ll partner with a diverse group of

designers, product managers, and technical experts

to bring innovative apparel to life. This role reports into design leadership and plays a key role in shaping seasonal product direction.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in

apparel color design

Strong understanding of

consumer culture, color trends, and storytelling

Expertise in

color theory, color mixing, and color placement

Experience working within

technical or performance apparel

Ability to translate insights into

innovative product solutions

Strong presentation and communication skills

Proficiency in

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign

A passion for design and a willingness to

push creative boundaries

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working across

sport categories such as football, training, or golf

Background in both

performance and lifestyle apparel

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
